Jacobs Ladder Media was commissioned to produce a high-impact highlight reel, long form event coverage and social media reels for the Valley Vista Premiere Event in Jamestown, CA. This production captures the intersection of community lifestyle and modern housing innovation in the Mother Lode region.
Beyond simple event coverage, this film focuses on the core messaging delivered by industry experts: the quality of modern manufactured homes, the need for new housing in the Tuolumne County region and the vital role of affordable housing in today’s market.

LIVE Audio Capture
Here we have a stand-out drum solo that was a feature in this project for The Essentials. Jacobs Ladder Media delivered band photos and 2 high-impact live event coverage promo videos that have been used to showcase their talent and land them gigs.
To achieve studio-quality sound in a live environment, we captured raw audio directly from the soundboard mixer, applying precision EQ and mastering in post-production. To maintain the “energy” of the crowd and live sound, we layered in our captured ambient audio, resulting in a clean, immersive mix that feels like front-row seating.
This showcase demonstrates our ability to deliver professional audio-visual assets for live events, perfect for social media promotion and portfolio building.
Social Media Assets
This small-scale project, featuring local artist Shelah, was a quick-turnaround social media asset.
At the request of the artist-to preserve an authentic, “in-the-room” feel-we bypassed the soundboard for this recording. Instead, the audio was captured exclusively using our pro-grade shotgun microphone. This approach allowed us to record a completely live and raw sound that captures the true acoustics of the venue and the natural power of the performance.
Thad and Stefanie were absolutely incredible to work with for our wedding! They went above and beyond in every way, coordinating seamlessly with our photographer both before and after the big day. Experience the magic of Esperanza and Paul’s wedding day at the stunning Gables Cedar Creek in Twain Harte, CA. Jacobs Ladder Media was honored to provide full-day coverage, capturing every precious detail from the intimate “getting ready” moments to the joyful reception.
Our approach to wedding videography is rooted in storytelling and technical excellence. We provided a comprehensive suite of assets, including emotional first-look videos for both the bride-father and bride-groom, a polished highlights reel, and long-form event coverage.
To ensure the highest audio quality with redundancies (since there is no “I do” re-do), we utilized a multi-source recording strategy: capturing raw audio from the soundboard, utilizing pro-grade shotgun mics for ambient depth, and fitting the couple with wireless lavaliere microphones for crystal-clear vows. These “I dos” were then masterfully layered as an audio overlay in the highlights film, a sample of which may be viewed here, creating a deeply personal and immersive cinematic memory.

This highlight film captures the heart and “message” of River Ranch Revival, a landmark event produced by Ruakh Productions. More than just a gathering, this was a moment of profound community transformation where 30 people were baptized, multiple worship bands filled the air with praise, and a powerful call to unity was delivered.
Jacobs Ladder Media was on-site to document this spiritual milestone, focusing on the core message of restoration and reconciliation. The film features poignant excerpts from Pastor Shelly Foley, emphasizing that the true mark of revival is found in the way a community loves and binds itself together.

TUD Ribbon Cutting Ceremony
Jacobs Ladder Media documented the official opening of the new White Fir Water Tank. Our coverage focused on the cutting edge and improved features of this replacement tank and pump station with generator, fire resistance, TUD board members, and the community impact of this vital water infrastructure milestone.

Short Documentary | Music in Community
In one of our early projects, this short documentary explores the vital role of connection through music. This project showcases our ability to blend high-quality interviews with narrative B-roll to highlight the impact of a faith-based community center.
We worked closely with founder Tanya Simpson to capture the heart behind this unique space. By focusing on the center’s philosophy of “light and life,” we produced a piece that serves both as a promotional tool and a meaningful community archive.
